Is there really no charge during the trial?
Correct. You won't be billed until your 14-day trial ends. Cancel any time before then and you'll never be charged.
Who counts as an office user?
Anyone using the full web app — owners, estimators, office and admin staff. The first is included in the £450 base fee and each additional one is £125/month, up to 10. Beyond that they're free.
What about my workshop team?
Workshop, field and installer accounts are free and unlimited. They use a slimmed phone and tablet view, and they are never counted towards your office users — we want your whole shop floor on it.
So what's the most I can pay?
£1,575 + VAT per month. That's the base fee plus the 9 chargeable office users, and it's a hard ceiling — office user number 11 onwards costs nothing.
Can I add and remove users?
Yes, any time. Your bill follows your office headcount from the next billing cycle — add someone for a busy quarter and take them off again afterwards.
Do I need to install anything?
No. JoineryAI is a web app that works in any browser. There's also a mobile-friendly workshop view and an optional app you can install on your phone.
Is VAT included in the price?
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. UK VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%) is added at checkout. If your business is VAT-registered in the EU outside the UK, you can enter your VAT number at checkout and reverse-charge rules apply. VAT-registered UK businesses can reclaim the VAT charged on their return.
